All you need to know about Destiny. Feel free to ask if you have any questions.

RAID DAYS

Fixed raid days for 25-man raids will be Wednesdays, Thursdays, Sundays and Mondays.
10 man raids on off days and/or an occasional 25-man raid if enough people available.

RAID TIMES
Raid times will remain from 19:30-19:45 till 23:00

RAID INVITES:
players of the rank Raider have priority on raid invites. There is no priority on other ranks however gear level, raid attendance etc etc will be factored in.

RAID COMPOSITION
One change we will be implementing is to have 5 people on standby for each raid. These 5 people will be placed in group 6 of the raid group and will not participate in the raid unless/untill another person can't continue the raid. The people on standby will earn the 4 DKP at the end of the raid just like the main 25 people.
This will be done in an attempt to spead up the raids.
The DKP earned for the 5 extra people will only be given if they continue to be available to the raid during the entire duration of the raid.

EARNING DKP
Current scoring system of 4 DKP at the end of any 25 man raid will remain in place. As well as the 10 bonus DKP for a first kill by the guild. No DKP is used in 10-man raids.
Extra DKP will sometimes be given on days that the raid is doing well. In some raids we may set a goal, for example to down 3 bosses. If the goal is met extra DKP will be given out to the entire raid. Extra DKP can be given in other cases as well.
Each members current DKP can be viewed in the officers notes which are now viewable by all ranks.

SPENDING DKP

Bidding is done in increments of 5 DKP and the minimum starting bid is 10 DKP. People raiding on an alt can spend the DKP from their main.
Offspec items can be obtained through DKP and only through DKP.
No priority on loot is given to anyone. No exceptions.

RAID BEHAVIOR
In the past raids have been very slow and this is an area that needs to be addressed.
All raid members are expected to start moving towards the instance upon joining the raid.
When the raid leader announces to release and run ALL members will do so.
All raid members are expected to take their buffing task serious and do their buffs promptly. Insane amounts of time will be saved by soing so. It is strongly recomended to use an addons to mange your buffs. A very good addon for this is smartbuff.
Everyone is requested to limit the "afk/brb" to an absolute minimum. Excessive "afk/brb" may result in -dkp and/or removal from the raid.
To minimize the 'afk-ing' we will be holding a short break in the middle of each raid.

WHERE WE RAID
As all know Destiny is currently at 5/6 SSC 3/4 TK and 1/5 MH.
Untill lady vasj bites the dust the primary raid focus wil be on SSC with the intention to have at least 1 raid night a week attempting lady vasj. When she is down we will shift the focus a bit more to TK again.

RAID ADDONS

Mandatory addons:
Teamspeak
Omen
Deadly boss mods
pallypower for all paladins

Strongly Recommended addons:
smartbuff

ALTS
Level 70 alts can join destiny provided that they are sufficiently geared (at least kara level).
Whilst Alts have low priority on 25-man raid invites it is expected of every guild member to be willing to join the raid on any of their chars that are in the guild should their be a shortage in certain classes/roles.

GUILD INVITES
Class leaders can invite to the guild and should in principle limit themselves to invite players of their own class and alts.

GENERAL BEHAVIOR & CODE OF CONDUCT
This section should be unnecessary for sensible people. Assuming that every member of destiny can use common sense i'm not going to sum up what you should or should not do to not make a fool of yourself or your guild

that's about it for now. This guide will be updated/revised as needed

A few additions:

-Pugging Kara, ZA gruul and maggy is allowed. No pugging is allowed on 25-man raid nights!
-Minimum gear level for recruits is around 180 (gear scores taken from http://be.imba.hu). Note that 180 isn't a fixed minimum score, other factors can be

taken into account in the decision.
-Each raid member is expected to use flasks, well fed buffs, potions, oils etc on raid boss fights.
-Combat log details from each raid will be posted on wowwebstats.com. Classleaders can use this information to review the performance of raid members of

their class.
-If you want to contribute to guild bank you can send all goods, no matter how cheap to 'onlythebank'. She will auction it and deposit all gold to guild

bank.
